Well it looks as if I'm walking...certainly not in the Lotus! I have no words (within my limited vocabulary) that can convey my level of "disappointment" at the time it is taking to repair my car... >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:

Chris this is shocking now you could have built a car from scratch in the time its taken them to repair a few minor bodywork dinks >:( >:(

Are they in the "Good garage scheme"? If they are I would be querying their competence

Quoting from their website

"Our highly trained staff deliver the finest craftsmanship, and with exceptional time management to ensure your car is ready on time." :t1sra

Shine a light! I'd be seriously getting a complaint into your insurance company Chris that's disgusting imo. Can Stu give some
'Techniques'?

See you Tuesday

Chris I would definitely be calling the insurance company and getting stuck into them and asking for the car to go elsewhere to be finished

is it not down to Lotus not having the parts or not sending the ones they have ?

I was at Andersons not that long ago, they did say that they had a lotus in and it was held up due to Lotus not having a small amount of parts in stock.
